“I would like to take this opportunity to call upon SOCA Leaders to kindly support the ‘ASEAN Leaders’ Statement on the Year of ASEAN Youth 2022.’ During this milestone year, ASEAN will focus on fostering 21st century skills and digital skills, and the institutionalization of youth engagement mechanisms, guided by the ASEAN Work Plan on Youth 2021-2025,” said SOCA Chair, Dr. Dy Khamboly, in his opening remarks.

He continued to say that safe school reopening, recovery and resilience both during and post-Covid-19 will be crucial.
